1. Monthly Subscription: Customers may cancel their subscription on a month-to-month basis.  Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Ensure you provide your account details for verification.
3. Confirmation of Cancellation: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email as proof of your cancellation.
4. Refunds: Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
5. Reinstatement: If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
